Dog Bed Return Policy

At Betty & Butch, we want your furry family members to be comfortable and cosy in their new bed. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned.

To ensure the health and safety of all pets, we kindly ask that returned dog beds meet the following conditions:

• Unused and Unwashed: For hygiene reasons, returned beds must be in their original, unused condition, and free from pet hair, odours, and wear.
• Original Packaging: Please include all packaging and tags.

You may return or exchange the bed within 14 days of purchase if it meets these conditions. If your pup didn’t take to the bed, we’d be happy to help you find an alternative that better suits their needs.

Your bed is checked twice by different members of our team for quality. If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your bed so we can make things right.
