We understand that delivery charges for the Scottish Highlands & Islands may seem high, but rest assured, we only pass on a fraction of what we’re charged by DPD. To ensure reliable delivery, all orders are shipped exclusively via DPD.

Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland
Unfortunately, deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland have been suspended until further notice. This is due to courier companies no longer accepting dog food products. We are actively working on a solution to resume these services as soon as possible.

We take great care in ensuring that every product is thoroughly quality-checked by two team members before it leaves our store. If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Food Items: We take pride in the quality of our food products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at woof@bettyandbutch.co.uk so we can assist you.

Please do not open bags of dog food, they are unsaleable and we cannot accept opened food.

If your toy or game arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us, and we’ll make it right. However, we do not refund toys that have been damaged by dogs during play. It’s natural for dogs, especially certain breeds, to explore and sometimes tear toys apart—after all, even wood can fall prey to their powerful teeth.

Please note, toys left with dogs unsupervised are likely to be damaged. If your dog destroys a toy faster than their previous one, it just means they enjoyed it even more! While we strive to provide durable toys, we don’t sell indestructible ones—though we wish we could!
